In 2017, they partnered with NAWO to host the first NAWO Knowledge Network, an event that brings together like-minded organisations who are developing and implementing strategies to grow their female talent. The first NAWO meeting focused on flexibility in the workplace, and the role of mainstreaming flexibility to support women in the middle stages of their careers. Organisations came together to share their approach to flexibility and discussed their successes and lessons learned. In addition to the Knowledge Network, DuluxGroup supports NAWOs Internship Program.
